Give your hair a workout

In just three simple steps, you can get glossy locks again. These key massage techniques are designed to make the scalp supple and release muscle tension, encouraging blood flow. We all shed hair in autumn and scalp massage will stimulate healthy regrowth. A little workout can work wonders!

Your three-step hair workout

These three steps cover your whole head, following the direction of the blood flow from the nape of your neck and your ears to the top of your head.

  • Concentrate on the front part of your head and the base of your skull.

  • Lean your elbows on a table so you can exert more pressure with your hands.

1 Mobilisation massage
Place your fingertips slightly apart on your scalp and exert pressure on the skin. Make small circular movements and massage back and forth. Move your fingers to a new part of the scalp and repeat. Your whole head should take around a minute to massage.

Scrub and moisturise

Protecting your feet is all about good hydration and regular exfoliation. Moisturising your feet is essential, as it ensures the corneal cells won’t dry out and build up causing painful little calluses to appear. Foot scrubs help to smooth any rough patches of skin. Make sure you scrub for at least three minutes when you exfoliate. To keep your feet looking polished, exfoliate once a week and moisturise every night before bed. Simply massage foot cream into your skin for three minutes.
